Entry Level Construction Manager

Harbour Homes is seeking an entry level site construction manager.  Duties include:

• scheduling the work of subcontractors and suppliers
• soliciting and assembling bids from subcontractors and suppliers
• inspecting the work of construction trade workers to support new home quality standards
• enforcing construction site safety rules, and
• complying with jurisdiction and state permitting requirements.
