Harbour Homes is seeking to fill a Warranty Administration position. This position will evaluate home buyer warranty requests and determine their validity per the homeowner’s warranty documents. If warranty service requests are warrantable, this position will coordinate repairs, document warranty service completion per company procedures and back charge subcontractors, if appropriate. If warranty service requests are not warrantable under the new home warranty, this position will deliver that news and document such delivery per company procedures.
This position is not for the faint of heart or for people who will find it difficult to say “no” to non-warrantable service requests submitted by homeowners. We are seeking a firm and precise person, with construction knowledge and experience dealing with difficult customers on the phone and in person. A college degree is a big plus. Exact, concise and non-flowery verbal and written communication skills required. Expect written and verbal role plays in the interview process.
