New Home Orientation

The Homeowner Orientation

Customer Service will conduct a Homeowner Orientation five (5) days prior to your closing date. The purpose of the orientation is to demonstrate and familiarize you with your new home, explain homeowner maintenance, the RWC warranty coverage, our generous referral program and the closing process.

Our knowledgeable staff will walk you through your house, room by room, as well as the exterior of your house. They will demonstrate how your house operates, testing all appliances, lights, doors, windows, fireplace(s) and all other devices in your home. They will also insure all of your selected options have been installed. Depending on the size of your home, the entire process will take approximately two (2) hours.

Because most people work and/or have busy schedules, Customer Service provides you with a 30 day advance notice of your scheduled Homeowner Orientation. They are scheduled Monday-Friday during normal business hours.

The Homeowner Orientation is an exciting and unique experience. We do recommend your full attention as this is an important opportunity to learn about your house, tips on homeowner maintenance, the RWC warranty coverage and the closing and key turnover process.
