This position requires a calm, rational person with clear and precise verbal, phone and email communication abilities, superb organization talents and attention to detail. This position frequently interacts with all levels of the company from peers to executives.
The successful candidate will have a stable and verifiable work history with responsibilities similar to those listed above, preferably with 2 years of direct, hands on, accounts payable experience. An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is required. Experience with Sage 300 CRE and/or BuilderMT Workflow Management Suite (WMS) is a huge plus.
This position provides a wage of $25.00/hour, discretionary bonus opportunities, free parking, and medical and dental insurance benefits with premiums that are 100% employer paid for Harbour Homes’ employees.
