Harbour Homes, LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant to specifically focus on our land acquisition and development (A&D) processes. Established in 1983, we are a privately held, lean and growing company. Position Overview:
In summary, the A&D Staff Accountant position will initially be responsible for working extensively inside of our Sage 300 CRE and Builder MT WMS systems to:
In addition to the A&D specific responsibilities noted above, this position will assist with other tasks within the accounting department, possibly including: financial statement preparation, new home community budgets, and other reporting and projects as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field (i.e. Business Administration w/Accounting Emphasis)
