Har­bour Homes, LLC is seek­ing an Admin­is­tra­tive Assis­tant. Respon­si­bil­i­ties include:

• Pro­fes­sion­al­ly answer­ing phones, rout­ing calls and tak­ing messages
• Greet­ing and assist­ing vis­i­tors in a friend­ly manner
• Open­ing, date stamp­ing, and dis­trib­ut­ing dai­ly mail and couri­er deliveries
• Main­tain­ing home­own­er surveys
• Writ­ing real estate agent thank you cards
• Main­tain­ing var­i­ous con­struc­tion records
• Main­tain­ing qual­i­ty con­trol records
• Order­ing, receiv­ing, stock­ing and dis­trib­ut­ing office supplies
• Ensur­ing all office machines oper­ate prop­er­ly and are stocked with need­ed materials
• Main­tain­ing office com­mon areas in a neat and orga­nized manner
• Arrang­ing busi­ness travel
• Coor­di­nat­ing office par­ties and sea­son­al events

This full time (40 hours per week, Mon­day – Fri­day) posi­tion requires a very depend­able, reli­able, friend­ly and patient per­son with superb ver­bal and writ­ten com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills. Many of our home­buy­ers and sub­con­trac­tors are not col­lo­qui­al Eng­lish speak­ers and require a calm and patient per­son to help direct them to the cor­rect Har­bour Homes department. 

Our past four admin­is­tra­tive assis­tants have been pro­mot­ed to oth­er posi­tions with­in Har­bour Homes. This is a great oppor­tu­ni­ty to gain valu­able busi­ness expe­ri­ence in the real estate and home con­struc­tion industries.

This posi­tion offers a com­pet­i­tive base salary, dis­cre­tionary bonus oppor­tu­ni­ties, free park­ing and health insur­ance ben­e­fits with pre­mi­ums that are 100% employ­er paid for Har­bour Homes employees.
